IMPORTANT NOTE: If your Chapter/Council is FULL or only has a Youth spot left, you may still register as an observer. However, in-person observers are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Flights and hotel rooms will not be booked by ONWA, and observer travel expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
